TMT Factory has been invited to a WWW2009 panel session

TMT Factory has been invited to a panel session at the WWW 2009 congress. The session, ”Emerging technologies for combining Web accessible interfaces with the development of new interoperable ICT devices”, has the objective of discussing which kind of emerging technologies can be combined with the development of Web interfaces to foster accessible and interoperable interaction with a number of devices, which, at present, are not accessible (such as ATMs, smart home applications, public kiosks). The panel session is celebrated on the 24th of April, 2009, from 14.30 to 16.00 in the room M-2.

The session is chaired by Enrique Varela (Accessible technologies director and R&D director at ONCE) and has, as panelists, Dr. Julio Abascal, researcher and professor at UPV, Eduardo Carrasco, researcher at Vicomtech and URC/UCH expert, Raul Riesco, researcher at INTECO, Roberto Torena, researcher at Technosite, and Marc Pous, researcher at TMT Factory.
